Our scruffy terrier Rocko Man is a special needs dog. He was born with deformed lungs and when he caught kennel cough and pneumonia at the shelter, it made his condition worse. He is the sweetest, most rambunctious, positive pet you will ever have the privilege to meet.  Right now we need help with funds to get a new treatment that will help him breathe easier, and renew his present prescriptions....
